Service Description

To book your session, we require a non-refundable in-studio fee of £2.50 per person requiring a seat, even if they are not painting. Please let us know in the notes section if you have a pram or require a booster seat. Each session is 2 hours long. We strongly advise you to book your pottery prior to your visit by clicking on the 'Order your pottery here' button. This will guarantee you get the piece you want to paint and allows you the full 2 hours of painting time in our studio. Please ignore the shipping information when you order, this is a default that we are unable to change on our website, once you have confirmed your order we will have your pottery and paints ready at your table for your session. Don't worry you can still make changes or add to your order on the day. Once you have completed your painting, we will glaze and fire your items for you. This process normally takes a maximum of 2 weeks. We will drop you an email to confirm your items are ready, if you haven't heard from us please drop us a message or call and will be happy to advise if they are ready. We hold finished pottery for 12 weeks and then dispose of it, we will endeavour to contact you at least twice, using the details you provide us with, to remind you prior to disposal. If you have a group booking of more than 8 people please give one of our event co-ordinators a call in the studio on 01276 28008.
